Biba has worked in financial services since the inception of Circle Wealth Partners in 2010. As Chief Operating Officer, she supported the growth of the business dealing with business strategy, accounting, and client acquisition.
Since completing her Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice, Biba now specialises in financial planning for women, advising female entrepreneurs, many of whom work in the creative industries. She also advises and supports women who are subject to complex divorce settlements, typically working alongside their lawyers dealing with the financial planning side and structuring a plan for creating financial independence. Biba has a particular passion for sustainable investing and helping women achieve financial equality.
